Cannot make it to the studio or you want a practical, at-home option that still keeps you connected to your practice?

When & Where

The online classes follow the lunar cycle. The Monday nearest the New Moon is a live stream on Zoom from 9:15-10:30 CET (Spain - Central European Time). You will have access to the recording by Tuesday morning for anyone who could not make it to the live class, or anyone wanting to repeat the class. The following 3 weeks are recording only, meaning you receive an email with the class link in time to practice on Monday morning.

Each lunar cycle is based around a theme and the classes work together to give an in-depth treatment of the topic. You can purchase single classes, 1 cycle (4 classes), or have an ongoing membership which is paid in installments of 3 cycles (12 classes).
